Tasks
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and growth across the market
  • Acquire and grow actively new customers for projects and services and expands existing customer base with complementary services.
  • Customer visits / virtual meetings.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity results, reports and analyses.
  • Monitoring market and competition.
  • Organizing presentations and customer meetings/visits with commercial lead.
  • Act as a company ambassador.
  • Acquire and grow actively new customers for projects and services and grows existing customer base with complementary services.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Customer visits/ virtual meetings.
  • Organizing presentations and joint customer meetings/visits with commercial lead.
  • Act as a company ambassador to recommend services and products.
  • Report back to develop the future product, technology, and services evolution.
Requirements
  • Commercial training or Bachelor Degree in Life Science or equivalent
education
  • Prior experience (2 years) in a sales position in a life sciences

  • Be comfortable at prospecting, presenting and negotiating with
self-confidence
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and independently
set clear priorities,

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, …),
  • Be results oriented and have a can do’ attitude,
  • Excellent problem solving capacity,
  • Based in Northwestern Switzerland region.
  • Previous CRO sales experience is a benefit
  • Passion for sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Flexible, proactive and self-motivated personality with the ability to
work on your own initiative
  • English fluency in written and verbal skills are a must. Additional languages are a benefit
