Aufgaben

Your mission:
Do you want to regain a foothold in office management and have a flair for numbers and enjoy varied tasks? We are looking for part-time support and are looking forward to a motivated and team-oriented personality who already brings office management experience.

Your role:
You work cross-team and have quick grasp skills. You work efficiently and responsibly and take care of the high quality of the tasks to be performed. You set priorities correctly and work independently in the daily work routine. New tasks always delight you and make you grow with the tasks. Delivering excellent services to the btov group and our network while also adhering to all regulatory requirements encompasses the following key tasks:

Office Allrounder:
  • Telephone and written correspondence in German and English with private investors, business partners and portfolio companies
  • Contract management - obtaining signatures, sending contracts and coordinating certifications and apostilles
  • Office management in the St. Gallen office
  • Event support - create/manage guest lists, manage/track registrations and cancellations, event attendance, event follow-up
  • Meeting coordination - set up & manage internal and external appointments
  • Helping Hand mainly in the Private Investor Network team, but also across companies
Support Talent:
  • Coordinate, set up and send quarterly calls for btov portfolio companies
  • Keep reporting distribution list of all btov portfolio companies up to date, manage it
  • Ledgy platform - registering new investors, uploading documents, providing information on investor inquiries
  • Know your customer (KYC) processes
  • Manage btov website - events, member and employee profiles Responsible for onboarding of btov test members
Qualifikation

Your profile:
  • You are very interested in general office work and have already gained experience in an equal position or part-time job
  • You are a detail-oriented perfectionist with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute projects diligently
  • You possess outstanding spreadsheet skills and you’re able to quickly learn new tools, e.g. Ledgy, our state-of-the-art portfolio management tool
  • You are a self-starter, able to work independently, and take ownership in a high-intensity environment
  • You are a team player with a strong work ethic, humility, can-do attitude, and a collaborative mindset
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
