People and Culture (HR) Intern

We’re looking for you
  • Currently studying for your Master degree in human resources, organizational psychology or business administration
  • Good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who is highly collaborative, creative, participative, autonomous with strong sense of responsibility
  • Strongly motivated candidates passionate about learning and development
  • Good level of English and French
You will join P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), which has a huge role to play in our transformation. We’re effectively building a vast new business, defining and shaping our new Consumer Centric organization, re-designing functions to work more effectively together and ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded. You will be supporting the team in the factory environment in Neuchâtel (Switzerland).

As an intern, you will contribute to projects which consist of supporting the Supervisor P&C in the development, coordination, follow-up, deployment and measurement of capability building and engagement initiatives. You will also be in charge of development initiative analysis.

Roles & Objectives
  • Contribution to P&C projects
  • Actively promote P&C engagement and communication activities
  • Execution of learning strategy and overall coordination of learning program
  • Liaise with P&C central functions on P&C reports analysis and employee lifecycle activities
  • Coordination of welcome days and on boarding newcomers
  • Provide support on P&C administration
