We’re looking for a new marketing manager to join our Printing Division in our Swiss office of Wallisellen.

The Ideal Candidate Is
  • A citizen of the world. Has studied, worked or lived abroad and knows more than one language.
  • A marketer with a proven track record of execution from business understanding to execution, driven by data and customer insights, can demonstrate business impact and brand acumen through measurable outcomes.
  • A digital/social savvy professional, comfortable in how digital and social can be mastered for impact in both consumer and commercial marketing (B2C and B2B).

  • Transform the way marketing helps identify, define and pursue new pockets of growth opportunities, by owning end to end campaign execution, including marketing budget, agency management, campaign measurements and executive quarterly business review presentations.
  • Create and sustain brand and business momentum in the market as you launch exciting new product, help open new route to market and optimize our omnichannel execution.
  • Reinforce in today and tomorrow’s consumers the joy of printing, stimulating usage and protecting HP share, while in the commercial space you focus on accelerating profitable share through account based marketing, content marketing and support our sales team via lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs.

Qualifications Sought
  • University or Bachelor degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent experience.
  • 4 to 6 years marketing experience, ideally in a leading consumer packaged goods, FMCG or tech/IT brand.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter, can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English, German, Swiss-German. French and Italian are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable to deliver on set business objectives through measurable marketing activities
  • Responsible to deliver on set brand objectives through measurable marketing activities
  • Responsible for marketing campaign strategy, design, production and execution for B2B and B2C printing division. Some marketing campaigns are defined at HP Europe or Global level and can be leveraged as well.
  • Responsible for marketing agency management incl. marketing media agency.
  • Accountable for the marketing budget, ATL/BTL including digital and social.

The team

You will join HP Marketing Team in Central Europe region which encompasses 12 countries (incl. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic and other Central European countries). You will report to the CH & CE Hub Print Marketing. Your day to day work will likely be a mix of work with marketing agencies and marketing peers at HP and work with other country functional leaders such as Product Managers, Channel and Retail managers, End-User sales managers, Finance and Legal department, as well as with HP clients such as retailers and channel partners.
