At Generali Switzerland, the Digital Marketing team is looking for a talented Project Manager to sustain the growth of our platforms: Website, App, and CRM.

What to expect
  • You act as the single point of contact for IT & Development
  • You gather business needs from all marketing teams, turn them into concepts and requirements, make sure they are properly designed, tested, and implemented across the different platforms (CMS, App, CRM)
  • You design our roadmap and manage the product backlog in close collaboration with CRM, Digital Campaigns, the Head of Customer Journey, and the newly created Digital Transformation area
  • You take the lead of our content management operation and our small CMS team, making sure the content plan is executed on time and according to standards
  • You analyze existing digital properties using Google Analytics
  • You design optimization concepts that keep improving engagement and conversion rates
The skills you’ll bring
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or computer science; Human-centered design or human-computer interaction is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the areas of digital project management – in an agency, start-up or corporate
  • Ability to analyze and understand user requirements and translate them into mockups
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Well versed in at least one web analytics suite
  • Fluent English, preferably also German
