Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in graduate or intern hiring.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, and other methods.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situation.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.

Intern programs play an essential role in fueling Google’s growth with extraordinary talent. In this role, you will implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse intern candidate pool for the EMEA Internship program.

You will recruit across all of our product areas and manage the summer programming and events for when these students are here. In this role, you will balance creativity and drive, prioritizing multiple functions and tasks and managing work time efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with a large volume of candidates and hiring managers. Manage the candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
  • Manage the offer process for candidates across multiple locations.
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out additional responsibilities.
  • Work on one or more intern programs work-streams with the aim of ensuring interns and their hosts have a happy and successful internship experience.
