Position Summary

To grow the team in charge of the Recruitment for the Global Procurement division, we are looking for a highly competent Recruitment Partner with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Your main responsibilities will be to partner with hiring managers and to attract and select the best talents, enabling them to develop a long-term relationship with Nestlé. For this position, we are looking for a passionate recruiter with strong service orientation and outstanding focus on results.

A day in the life of a Recruitment Partner
  • Propose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy, advising and acting on appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Manage E2E recruitment processes (from kick off to offer).
  • Conduct Sourcing Activities to identify the best talent in the market.
  • Proactively conduct talent mapping and constantly network to identify top talent for strategic positions.
  • Counsel and guide hiring managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community.
  • Liaise with external/internal partners.
  • Ensure appropriate reporting on recruitment activities.
  • Promote Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.
What Will Make You Successful
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house and/or agency).
  • University degree in HR, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools and experience in using professional social networks (LinkedIn).
  • Proven track record in working with different people in complex organizations.
  • Problem solver with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Team player with a “can do attitude”.
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience is considered advantageous.
  • Fluent in English - French would be a plus.
