Your role

Do you enjoy working with figures? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial statement information?

Fixed term roles for 8 resp. 9 months duration (50-100%).

We are looking for someone like that to support us:
  • Capture as well as perform quality control of captured UBS clients’ financial statements within the relevant systems
  • Provide internal customized financial statement services in close cooperation with internal clients/stakeholders, including Client Advisors and Credit Officers
  • Ensure comprehensive interaction with external service provider
  • Perform different regulatory and framework specific controls
  • Support internal stakeholders with specific data evaluations and analyses
  • Live a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Your team

You will be working in the small ’Risk Control Financial Statement Services’ team in Zurich. We are responsible for the daily support of a unique Swiss-wide standardized process as well as the professional preparation of client financial statements for particular industry segments.
We act as exclusive contact between our internal clients (Client Advisors, Credit Officers) and our Outsourcing Provider and actively support a dedicated unit of Credit Officers in their decision making process. Furthermore we liaise with different internal stakeholders regarding process and application matters.

Your expertise

  • A degree (University/FH/HF) in business economics, accounting or finance or concluded apprenticeship with Higher vocational business school
  • Prior work experience in risk or finance environment is beneficial
  • Good Excel skills
  • Thoroughly and precise work ability
  • The affinity to all kinds of topics around financial statements and passion to work with figures
  • Quick apprehension and analytical skills

You are:
  • Fluent in German, solid in English and have French ability, Italian advantageous
  • A distinctive team player, maintain a very concise and autonomous working style, highly service oriented, self-reliant and well organized
  • Flexible and impartial for new working content
