Company Description

Acodis is dedicated to the automation of business documents since its founding in 2016. The Acodis IDP platform, powered by machine learning, enables automated processing of any document within seconds. This replaces manual document transfers and allows extracted data to be exported in a structured format. Acodis is based in Winterthur, Switzerland, and currently employs 25 people.

Together, with your colleagues from the growth team, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your aim is to generate revenue from companies in different industries. To build up your customers, you create, run, and follow up on marketing campaigns. You manage and qualify leads, while collaborating closely as part of our growing sales team. Thereby, you apply your skills in building new relationships, strive for business opportunities, and walk the extra mile to contribute meaningfully to the success of the company’s sustainable growth story. Through a high level of customer satisfaction, you develop into a Trusted Advisor for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Have at least three to five years in B2B sales experience in software, data, or professional services solutions
  • Are a networker with convincing and personable appearance at executive level/C-level.
  • Existing and demonstrable contact network in the DACH-Region.
  • Are familiar with active selling within enterprise organizations and know how to manage complex buying centers.
  • Are self-motivated and a confident communicator – speaking, writing, listening – in German and English (additional languages are a plus) and are motivated to hunt for new customers
  • Love challenges and want to contribute to ambitious business goals
  • Feel comfortable in an ever-changing, yet highly cooperative environment
  • An understanding of AI (artificial intelligence) and deep learning technologies and/or business processes and document management are a plus, we will explain to you the rest!
