Job Title: IT Services Account Executive – Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences
Location: Remote in Switzerland with travel across the Europe
Overview Of Role
We are hiring anIT Services Account Executive whose role is critical in identifying, developing and closing business opportunities over the breadth of NTT Data offerings within the Life Science & Pharmaceutical sectors. This individual will be responsible for positioning NTT Data as a Business Partner developing and maintaining effective customer relationships with key decision-makers & influencers and apply consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions for each opportunity and drive revenue and margin growth in the EMEA region.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans facilitate and conduct the sales process of managed or complex, high-value, solutions and/or services with a focus to achieve exponential revenue and margin growth.
- Applies consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions for each opportunity.
- Develops and maintains effective customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to understand the customer’s requirements, match them with the organization’s solutions, and close the deal.
- Manages a group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed.
- Engages other "specialist" sellers within the organization to assist with opportunity advancement and closure as appropriate.
- Collaborates with delivery and solution teams to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution.
- Solid experience in IT Services solution sales, selling multi-year, multi-service, or complex service contracts that involve Infrastructure & Cloud Services, Application services and/or Business Consulting.
- In-depth industry knowledge in pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors
- Experience identifying, developing, and managing relationships at the senior executive and C Suite Levels. Need to demonstrate knowledge of both the business and personal factors that influence decisions at these levels.
- Demonstrate experience in utilizing industry, technology, and client knowledge to successfully position the company to convey differentiating solutions to win business
- Ability to navigate effectively in a large organization where the alignment of many constituents will be required for his or her team’s success
- Experience with global solution and service delivery models
