As a Senior Architect you are part of the international architecture team of Acquiring Processing in the Global Business Line Financial Services. You and your team enable the timely and high-quality implementation of future capabilities in our systems. The further development and adaptation of the Target Application Landscape for several ongoing platform consolidations and M&A integrations are also part of your daily life. Keeping the complexity as low as possible and ensuring that the ongoing business continues to run smoothly is a given for you. Consulting and solution design during pre-sales processes complete your daily work.


Your responsibilities


  • Work with the architecture team to help define Worldlines acquiring architecture landscape
  • Assess whether what has been designed is implemented
  • Understand entire information flow, from the front office all the way through to the completion of the transaction
  • Harmonise and integrate the multiple current stacks from different acquiring systems
  • Consult on projects, define and sell solutions to international acquirer clients
  • Define innovative architectural concepts and solutions in a complex environment for new customer requests, M&A consolidation and product developments initiatives
  • Contribute and refine target application landscape / roadmap
  • Provide clear, comprehensive and complete bases for decisions
  • Collaborate closely with different stakeholders e.g. requirements engineering, management, product management.


Requirements

Your experiences and skills


  • Degree (FH / University), preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Experience as Business/Application Architect, Business Analyst or Business Requirements Engineer
  • Experience in Financial/Payment industry would be a plus
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software
  • Quick thinking, team player, high level of initiative
  • Fluent in English and good understanding of German
