We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead our consulting team for Energy clients in Europe. As part of this role you will lead our team for a customer in Baden, Aargau. You are the expert responsible for consulting and leading projects around Energy Trading and Risk Management systems at our client. At the same time you are also responsible for guiding IT and Business operations teams for the customer.

Responsibility

• Planning, implementation, coordination of demanding projects

• Responsibility for adhering to the time and cost budget as well as holistic quality assurance

• Responsible for existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers

• Be a Subject matter expert for the Energy Trading & Risk Management domain.

• Be a partner for our Customers, advising and supporting them in strategic decisions

• Lead, motivate, and support our ETRM team. You are a leader internally responsible for growing and building our ETRM and Technology capabilities

Skills

• University degree in Engineering preferred Computers

• 10+ years of overall industry experience in Energy and Utilities space

• 7+ years of experience hands on working on Openlink Endur, Allegro or similar CTRM systems

• 5+ years of Project management experience

• Well-founded industry knowledge and know-how about business and IT architectures are of great benefit in this position.

• High degree of experience configuring and developing customizations using advanced technical expertise in JVS and Open Components within the Endur application.

• Proven working experience of LNG, Gas and power originations business

• Understanding of modern software architecture and design

• Multiple project experience working with Nearshore or Offshore teams

• Strong communication with various levels of stakeholders is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill is preferred

• Fluent in English language, German or French is a plus

• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills for problem solving ,report building and technical project analysis

• Experience with Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP is a big plus

• Project experience around customisations and micro services around ETRM platform is a big plus
