Position Summary

The Systems Management Engineer is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of user-facing software and technology across end-user device platforms. This individual will work as part of a team to drive workplace software and hardware standards, security controls, as well as management tools used across the Constellation Brands global environment. Additionally, this individual will provide IT Support for our Switzerland office including executive and board of directors support and resolve any technology challenges at that critical location. The right candidate will be an innovator, charged with improving our end-user experience globally, evaluating new technologies and adding value through efficiency and automation. This individual will participate in a wide variety of projects from planning, hardware & software evaluation, communication, education and commercialization. This position will have a strong automation component across technologies including public cloud, providing value-added zero touch solutions to our end users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop automated solutions to increase user productivity, reduce effort and increase efficiency
  • Leverage software deployment systems and strategies and develop software and configuration packages
  • Identify, recommend, and assist with development for end user training and commercialization programs to increase adoption and user satisfaction
  • Research emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of technology and development efforts
  • Research technology to broaden knowledge of current and future issues and technologies in line with team strategies
  • Maintain, monitor and practice departmental standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain service levels agreements in consultation with end users to establish problem resolution expectations and timeframes
  • Coordinate with other teams and/or perform hands-on and/or remote fixes at the machine level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications
  • Automate reporting of components such as operating system updates status, patching, security and other KPIs
  • Participate in project, team, and strategy sessions
  • Development of documentation, quick-start guides and FAQs for end users
  • Assist with development, implementation, and training procedures and policies for team
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior engineers
  • Provide full IT Support for all technologies in the CBI Switzerland Office in conjunction with other infrastructure teams as appropriate
  • Handles additional duties as assigned
Core Competencies To Be Successful
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and supporting technologies
  • Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Windows, MS Office and networking technologies
  • Exceptional knowledge of networking, collaboration platforms, computer hardware and software
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical – have experience in developing complex code in a modular format

Your Skills
  • A student that has successfully completed a bachelor’s degree, preferably (Digital) Marketing, (Visual) Communication, (Graphic) Design, or similar focus
  • Experience in market analytics and content or social media marketing
  • Practical or international experience in a B2B environment is advantageous
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • A strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented, result-driven, with the ability to work at a high level of independency
