What It’s AboutThese are exciting times to join Partners Group’s growth in the role of a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist for Europe. Based in our Zug office, you will be part of Partners Group’s Human Resources team, supporting the recruiting team with high-volume recruiting requests. We are looking for a reliable professional who will join our team for 12 months on a 100% work quota.Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting process for junior to professional level positions in Europe, with a strong focus on Switzerland, UK, Luxembourg and Guernsey
  • Lead full lifecycle talent sourcing for investment, fundraising, support teams and corporate functions
  • Work closely with HR People Partners and hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and write compelling job descriptions and advertisements
  • Execute coordination tasks with strong attention to detail – scheduling interviews, calendar coordination, posting jobs on job boards
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews in person and via video conference
  • Organize and conduct candidate briefing & feedback sessions
  • Extend job offers, negotiate closures, liaise with HR operations during onboarding process – successfully converting selected candidates to employees
  • Build credible and effective relationships, internally and externally, that bring value to the business
  • Demonstrate the ability to calmly address candidate and hiring manager challenges
  • Drive the focus on candidate experience to ensure our candidates are treated with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
What We ExpectFor this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person who is a self-starter and can work independently in an entrepreneurial organization. The successful candidate should have the following profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as in-house recruiter or 5+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency
  • Keen interest in the finance industry and passion for learning about private markets
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and has the ability to deal with tight deadlines and support company growth
  • Technically savvy, use of SuccessFactors and MS Office preferred
  • Solid problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
