We are looking for someone like you to:

  • be the point of entry for all Client Lifecycle related queries (provide specialist support to our client facing colleagues)
  • research, follow-up and resolve incoming inquiries and problems through effective interaction with different internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • support Front colleagues in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes (changes in client Data, client (Remote) Onboardings, etc), including sporadic direct interactions with clients

Your team

You will be working in the Maintenance Team of the Front Support Office. We are a central unit of support specialists and deal with support, process & client related questions in the Onboarding & Maintenance area for Wealth Management in Switzerland. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

Your expertise

  • professional experience within the banking industry is key, ideally within a client facing team
  • solid comprehension of financial products and solutions especially with client documentation (CDB)
  • able to utilize UBS internal tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
  • facilitation & problem solving skill across different departments (Front, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, etc.), with a clear client-centric mindset
  • solid (self-)organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines but still with an eye for the details
  • fluent in English and German (other languages are considered a plus)
