POSITION

Being Based in FENDI Europe and Middle East Finance shared services, your main responsibilities will be:

Prepare and record journal entries to back up the monthly closing, and Statutory reporting
Review reconciliations for Statutory accounts and IFRS
Prepare Statutory reporting on an annual basis in IFRS.
Prepare and submit Management monthly Reporting Package (Syrus)
Produce the Capex Reporting
Additional disclosures reporting (headcount, lease commitments, etc)
Gross margin analysis by product category
Operating expense analysis by store
Establishing and effectively introducing systems and procedures which strengthen financial control and compliance
Provide external auditors with supporting documents
Work closely with several suppliers, both internal and independent firms
Prepare monthly KPI’s statistics on AR and AP performance

PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree obtainable in accounting, finance, or other related discipline, with prior experience in financial reporting
5 years of working experience
Ability to give detailed attention to projects
Exceptional proficiency working with Excel
Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Applications
Experience with SAP and Stealth
Exceptional multitasking skills, including the ability manage several competing priorities at the same time
Strong ability to communicate with staff, management, in writing and in verbal format
Strong knowledge and skills in performing financial analysis, as well as in solving problems
Energetic and self-motivated, and the ability to work independently yet achieve set goals and targets within deadlines.
Fluent English required
Knowledge of IFRS standards
