We are looking for Booking Advisors to provide stellar customer experience. You will be managing booking travels and guiding customers to enjoy the best of Europe. Your mission at Webhelp

As a Booking Advisor, You Will

What you will be doing at Webhelp
  • Assist customers via email and social media chat, helping them with their trip bookings.
  • Provide customer service to help undecided customers choose which travel packages and itineraries fit best their needs.
  • Rapidly gain valuable technical skills in the reservations field that will empower you to progress while gaining a privileged view and know-how of the inner workings.
  • Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
  • Go beyond the customer’s service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
  • Listen to the customer’s unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
What We Are Looking For

Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

We’ll Be a Great Match If You
  • Are a native German speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Can demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service – a track record as a Tourism Representative is a plus
  • Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
  • Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
  • Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated and a great team player

Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
