Our client, operating in the gaming industry, is looking to fill a role in German Customer Supportto join their team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in the Swiss gaming industry, who have recently digitalised their already existing retail shops.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries via email, chat and telephone.
  • Help the company with translation efforts.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems when needed.
  • Building interest in their products and services within our client’s database.

Requirements:

  • Be able to fluently speak and write in German, as well as either Italian or French.
