We are looking for Customer Advisors to provide stellar customer experience on behalf of our Client. You will have the opportunity to act as a bridge between the customers’ needs and the products they love.

What You Will Be Doing At Webhelp

As a Customer Advisor,you will:
  • Manage customers’ expectations regarding the products and shipping deadlines
  • Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files
  • Confer with customers by email or chat to provide information about products, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details on complaints
  • Place online orders for customers
  • Assist customers when accessing their online accounts
  • Provide support to our Client’s physical stores with customers’ orders, loyalty points and accounts access
What We Are Looking For

Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

We’ll Be a Great Match If You
  • Are native or proficient in German (C2)
  • Are fluent in English (B2)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service (definitely a plus)
  • Love to identify customers’ needs and propose fast solutions  
  • Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment 
  • Love to stay on top of the latest trends when it comes to high-street fashion

Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
