Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global A2R Finance Manager. This position is flexible in location however will need to be able to flex hours to work in eastern standard time as necessary for key meetings and certain requirements.

The Finance Manager will be a member of the Path to Monthly Close (PTMC) sub-workstream focused on Global Services and Commercial related close activities along with the overall P&L delivery of a soft monthly close. The PTMC workstream will support the Standard A2R processes and enable innovation in the Close, Consolidations and External Reporting (CCER) space as part of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) program within Project SigniFi, Finance’s multi-year digital transformation journey. The manager will partner across the Finance organization, including the various CCER and EPM workstreams, to define and drive an integrated approach.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate an initiative focusing on the use of technology to enable simplification, agility and improved insights in the closing process.
  • Act as the liaison and coordinator specifically for P&L Orchestration
  • Work across the organization to define solutions, resolve issues and ensure effective communication and a systematic approach to leading change.
  • Interact with numerous leaders through in-person meetings, presentations, etc. This will give you the ability to hone your collaborative and presentation skills while building a reputation as a trusted advisor and champion for Project SigniFi.
  • Partner with the business to consistently drive the organization toward transformational change.
  • Manage and update project plans, with proactive communication and risk management

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other certifications preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of finance, business experience or related leadership experience is required.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes is preferred
  • Collaborative and inquisitive style while working with a cross-functional organization with many partners is required.
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges and recommend alternate options is required
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with various levels of management and external customers is also required.
  • Prior experience managing projects is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint is required
  • Influencing skills to reach an aligned outcome are required.

Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% international travel.
  • Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
