As part of the Global Centre of Excellence Total Reward team and reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, this role will be responsible for designing and owning the Total Reward programs, processes, large-scale projects, and initiatives globally. You will act as a trusted subject matter expert and partner to the Galderma’s Leaders as well as be the single point of contact for the core rewards matters.
Job Responsibilities

  • Own the CoE Compensation global strategy in alignment with the business needs (including programs, policies, governance, and processes on annual cycle related to performance management and on job architecture)
  • Own the annual compensation cycle design incl. STI Plan, Merit Plan and others, as part of the Performance Management
  • Act as the job architecture owner incl. job catalogue, grading, and benchmarking methodology
  • Undertake global vendor management
  • Track the alignment of the Compensation and Benefit activities like pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs and employee performance and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes
  • Lead the design and development of all processes related to Compensation programs and policies like job evaluation systems, pay-for-performance
  • Participate in driving transformation and change of Compensation practices to maximize its benefit to people at all levels at Galderma
  • Drive HR training and education in all aspects of the Total Reward roadmap
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and advise, customers, and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • University Degree in Human Resource or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits in a global role
  • Extensive experience in designing Compensation, programs and strategy across multiple countries
  • Consulting background is an advantage
  • Advanced computer software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in HR Systems, Workday is a plus
  • Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or related certification is an advantage
  • Project and Program Management experiences leading and implementing projects globally
  • Knowledge of the European employment legislation, C&B market practices, and evolving local regulatory requirements
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
