The Global CRM Trainer is part of the Global CRM team and supports the CRM Field Manager in creating and implementing the CRM app Training roll out and as well as the CRM campaigns / programs Training.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supports the CRM Field Manager with the CRM App Roll out and maintenance training (update content, maintain CRM training platform, inform CRM community)
  • Creates blended training content to ensure proper launch and implementation of CRM campaigns and programs (training package for Retail Trainers, Coaches and those who train the Beauty Advisors)
  • Facilitates “Train the Trainers” sessions and monitor local implementation
  • Measures success of the CRM training programs and suggests solutions to close gaps
  • Contributes to infuse a Client-centric mindset across our WW network thanks to relevant CRM training tools

Your Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of Retail Education
  • Experience in Luxury Fragrances & Beauty / Fashion / Fine Watches and Jewellery is a plus
  • Strong client-centric mindset
  • Proactive, well-structured and results driven
  • People-oriented, problem solving and solution-seeking oriented. Positive mindset.
  • Ability to work across multicultural complex environment
  • Organized, with strong project management skills
