As a Global Data & Analytics Lead your main responsibility will be to articulate a vision and execute a roadmap for the use of analytics to exploit data as a valued business asset.

A day in the life of a Global Data & Analytics Lead
  • Contribute to business strategy, initiate and own value driven data and analytics portfolio of use cases across key functions Marketing, Sales and Operations
  • Lead stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging analytical techniques on top of data assets to drive business solutions
  • Change Management and Adoption to ensure realisation of value
  • Gain efficiency by leveraging successfully industrialized analytical models that exploit Nestlé’s data assets
  • Utilize visualization techniques to clearly communicate the output of analytical processes to guide business decision making
  • Direct ad-hoc analytic processes and presents results in a concise, executive-ready manner leading to improved business decision making
  • Lead organization towards analytical culture change through presentation of analytically-based business recommendations

What Will Make You Successful
  • PhD, Masters, or tertiary degree in Data Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or Relevant tertiary education
  • 5+ years experience in an applied analytics role
  • Visualization skills for creating dashboards, scorecards, reports and insights to achieve business value
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, neutral networks, deep learning, optimization, etc., with successful implementation and business value return
  • Capability to advise senior executive leadership team members directly
  • Work experience in a global cross-functional environment and with virtual teams leading to business value
  • Ability to lead team and work with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English
