Global HR Business Partner 100% (f/m/d)

We are currently looking to recruit 2 seasoned professionals in the role of Global HR Business partner, partnering closely with the CHRO and the respective senior business leaders to provide a people strategic partnership for our 2 Businesses. The role will be the bridge between the Business and local and regional HR Managers, HR or joint HR/Finance/Admin operations, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility.

In this role you act as a true strategic partner which goes beyond consultation and coaching, as you share the responsibility for the goals and targets, we deliver. You are the driving force behind the creation and implementation of our people strategy that is scalable within the business and compatible across the company. Most importantly, you drive talent outcomes aligned with and enabling our business strategy. You work with leaders to ensures our culture engages employees and evolves as we build our future business. At the same time, you ensure line managers and employees understand the HR model and organization and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.

Your Profile:

• Proven track record as global or regional HR Business Partner of C-level clients, preferably in global matrixed technology, engineering, or manufacturing organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or similar field of study). Master’s and/or Human Resources certificate/qualification preferred
• Strong leadership and business acumen, including the ability to influence and drive results within a global matrix
• Open-minded with the ability to adapt to changing and dynamic business environments and strong project & change management skills
• Ability to build engagement & commitment
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
