If so, then the interim Global HRIS Project Manager role (at least 1 year) with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Global HR team, you’ll be part of a team of experts who support the business in doing what they do best - providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry.

Your days will be filled with…

  • Leading and supporting HRIS implementation throughout the project lifecycle (Initiate, plan and design, execute, monitor & control, and close).
  • Understanding the business needs and translate them into the scope for the HRIS implementation, incl. definition and design of global HR processes.
  • Collaborating and working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Designing project roadmap and activity-level plans, track progress and provide overall communication and coordination.
  • Providing day-to-day project management to ensure successful system delivery by establishing clear goals, identifying potential issues/risks, and developing contingency plans.

And you are…

Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline with proven track record in project management, running or working with HRIS systems (experience with MS Dynamics is a plus) and proven ability to facilitate in a multi-stakeholder environment.
