We are looking for a team-oriented Controller for our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Building & Infrastructure (BI) departments with strong can-do attitude, who is willing to take ownership while growing and move to the next step in their career by joining a leading provider of hearing care solutions. If you are energetic to keep pace with a dynamic and complex workplace, curious and ready to add value and challenge the way things are done you will master this role. ME would take up approximately 60% of the workload and BI approximately 40%. You will be reporting directly to the Group Operations Controller and be responsible for the following tasks:

Your tasks

  • Cost Controlling on Cost Centers and own produced equipment (IB)
  • Productive hours controlling on ME cost centers
  • Managing under-/Over absorption on the ME and B&I cost centers
  • Providing Budget and Estimates to Group Operations Controller, Corporate Controlling, ME Management, and the Global Facility Leader
  • Project Controlling on ME Projects
  • Close communication to R&D, especially to the R&D Controller
  • Controlling of own produced equipment (IB, Staefa)
  • Manage the process of own produced equipment for other Operation Centers
  • Give guidance, support and training to Operations and local R&D Controller in analyses, and to ME in controlling topics (global)
  • Global reports to spending in FA1540 (ME)
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and reports to the global OPS Controller and the Global Facility Leader
  • Continuous improvements in cost controlling processes

Your profile

  • Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling preferably in a production / operational environment
  • Good knowledge with Excel, MS Office, SAP BI
  • SAP ‘Key user’ skills (FI/CO, MM, SD)
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), other languages would be a plus
