Global Marketing Automation Operations and Demand Specialist (MAOpsDS)

The global MAOpsDS will work closely with Motion’s marketing and sales as well as communications team (global and local). The position is embedded into the global Business Area Marketing team and is hosted in one Division to ensure closeness to the divisions. This role is focused on the adoption and roll-out of the Marketing automation platform (Pardot), which is seamlessly integrated into our CRM (Salesforce.com and Sales Cloud. The successful MAOpsDS will play a key part in fostering Pardot learning and practical application, providing guidance for improvement (platform / process), quality assurance, and generating reports for automated marketing programs to measure success. The MAOpsDS will vitally understand all sales and marketing processes and be the primary facilitator of these practices. The MAOpsDS will be a confident change agent to effectively drive the utilization of Motion’s Marketing Automation platforms by engaging multiple countries and global divisions to implement the direction in their respective localities. This role is graded as 12 **Preferred locations would be Italy, Spain, Finland and Poland

Your responsibilities

  • Driving the scale-up of Marketing Automation across the globe, develop the blueprint for continuous best practice sharing: setting-up e-mail, newsletter, webinar campaigns together with the selected countries and ensuring country needs and organization readiness is captured well
  • Sharing best practices and provide / produce customized campaign templates which can include HTML code
  • Driving and understanding the key KPIs and lead follow-up through own built dashboards
  • Measuring the success of increased revenue due to effective lead management process
  • Driving customer centric platform integrations into Pardot and coordinate global campaigns where needed Devise an effective process for targeting key leads, customers, and industry segments, to be used for results-driven Account Based Marketing (ABM) – including an impactful workflow (Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Lead to conversion)
  • Communicating and educating the sales team regarding demand generation processes and tools to ensure leads conversion.
  • Measuring campaign performance and funnel performance, create dashboards to measure key metrics in real time.
  • Leading qualification and routing process definition and monitoring and forecast, measure, analyze and report on programs effectiveness
  • Driving the rollout of marketing automation. Drive adoption of demand generation processes.
  • Supporting the development, testing and rollout of the of the platform for enhancements

Your background

  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent in Marketing, Strategy with a technical understanding
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in digital lead management / marketing automation / project management and analytical skills
  • Preferred with experience in CRM Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, Web Analytics, Magento, HTML & CSS
  • In-depth email & marketing automation experience
  • Proficient in developing training materials and coaching learners
  • Good understanding of GDPR
  • Demonstrated success in:
  • Change management
  • Implementation of new processes/systems (can do mentality)
  • Strong business background with knowledge in B2B digital marketing industrial markets with multi-channel approach
  • Good knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines and tools
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring campaigns
  • Utilizing social media networks (for traffic, awareness, and sales)
  • Set goals and analyze the performance of all digital marketing channels
  • strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence
  • Good communications and organization skills (English)
