In order to do so, we are continuously refining our internal structures and processes to best serve evolving customer and market demand in a seamless and agile way. This enables us to deliver on our commitment to augment access to the most innovative iPDM solutions tailored to the needs of people with diabetes, their caregivers, and healthcare systems - today and in the future. As Global Marketing Campaigns Lead you will manage customer-centric campaign strategy, execution and implementation for Roche Diabetes Care to drive promotional activities resulting in customer and user growth and engagement and retention.



Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, align and execute stellar customer-centric and KPI-driven campaign strategy and tactics across multiple target groups in line with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Act as global thought leader for product and brand marketing, hereby leveraging strategic insight to develop credible value propositions, messaging and campaign positioning as well as best-in-class and innovative creative
  • Possessing stakeholder engagement and management skills will be key in driving alignment and synergies across the network, across different teams and organisational levels
  • Managing multifaceted campaign activations with the ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing priorities.;
  • Understand marketing trends and channels that increase demand generation and brand equity
  • Centralised campaign execution: Manage implementation of global campaign strategy and execution globally together with CXM Network colleagues and act as strategic advisor & consultant to CX & Marketing Networks, including local Marketing teams
  • Actively increase creative management experience within the Customer Experience and Marketing team
  • Process foundations and collaboration frameworks: Help shape and streamline processes within the overall CXM team and make relevant decisions in order to deliver on projects in a timely and efficient manner (e.g. approval process of promotional communications)
  • KPI framework: Foster and develop data-driven approaches to campaign and creative (A/B testing, campaign ROI) to drive measurable KPIs and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures



Professional ExperienceEssential skills for your mission
  • Area of expertise with strategic relevance for Diabetes Care - 8+ years marketing and communications leadership experience, preferably in the field of diabetes management
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing global to regional marketing execution
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical, financial, travel etc. appreciated, but not mandatory
  • Agency experience is a huge plus (creative agency, digital marketing)
  • Experience in agile work environments is a plus
Specialist Knowledge
  • Holistic knowledge and understanding of integrated Customer Experience and Marketing domains
  • Demonstrated international marketing management capabilities
  • Proven experience managing distributed teams and agency resources
  • Leadership & intrapreneurship: ability to act as influencer, program manager and doer, navigating ambiguity and delivering results; lead teams in a matrix environment; hands-on player-coach as needed
  • Act as a role model for future matrix leaders
  • Highly collaborative and team-driven; strong virtual and face-to-face communication skills
  • At ease in an international environment, strong cross-cultural awareness as well as multi-matrix organisations (global-local)
  • Strong project and program management skills; ability to bring simplicity and clarity to complex, ambiguous topics
  • Business process design: demonstrated ability to understand, analyse and shape customer systems and processes
  • Work with a sense of urgency, highly result-oriented, exhibit a direct, straightforward "servant leadership" style
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills, team player, with outstanding organisational and matrix management skills
  • Highly outcome and impact- and data driven as well as analytical mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (post-COVID-19)
