In this role, you will join the global Creativity & Productivity business & marketing team, contributing to the strategies, portfolio, campaigns, and assets that will be used by our regional and markets marketing teams to build our brand and our business for the Logitech Master Series products such as MX Master, MX Keys, MX Anywhere and Craft. You will be part of a multi-functional and passionate team in Lausanne, Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Global Business & Marketing, MX BU. Your role will be global, with occasional travel across regions.

  • Work with Consumer Insights, Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class products and services for Logitech Master Series.

  • Work with Logitech’s Global Brand Equity Creative team, Production Team, and Communication teams to build holistic marketing strategies, campaigns, and toolkits supporting new product and services introductions within allocated budgets.

  • Work with Global Commercial Organization team to align the strategies, amplify, localize, execute and measure success.

  • Master the fast-changing digital and communication landscape in our key markets, to ensure our marketing evolves in tune with our audiences.

  • Partner with your marketing colleagues to optimize Logitech’s presence online, on logitech.com, packaging, etc.

  • Engage with our B2B teams to grow our recognition and reputation in these channels.

  • Build Master Series recognition and reputation through social media, influencers, PR.

  • Analyze and evaluate the business, marketing, and media performance so that we continually learn and improve.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5+ years experience in consumer business and marketing roles for a global brand, including brand management, product marketing & campaign management.

  • Deep understanding of digital media and the rapid changes in how and where brands are built and consumers are engaged.

  • Strong business and marketing sense; impact and results-driven.

  • Great ability to deliver under time pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Able to create and tell big stories using limited budgets.

  • Team player with a passionate start-up mentality and "can do" attitude.

  • Strong ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details that get us there.

  • A genuine interest in technology.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Education:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
