Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a Janssen Pharmaceutical Company of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Marketing Manager (PAH) located in Allschwil, Switzerland.

The Global Marketing Manager Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) reports to the Global Marketing Leader (GML) PAH and supports the development and execution of the global strategy to drive PAH diagnosis and market development.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

The Global Marketing Manager PAH is expected to:

  • In collaboration with the GML develop go-to-market strategies for the launch of new diagnostic technologies to drive early diagnosis of Pulmonary Hypertension
  • Support the GML in organizing and leading regular cross-functional meetings/workshops with Commercial and Regional teams to co-create go-to-market strategies
  • In partnership with Regional teams and the Global Strategic Analytics team drive the development of forecasts to support the ongoing development and launch of new diagnostic technologies
  • In collaboration with the Global Customer Insights team lead the commissioning of market research projects to inform strategic launch plans
  • Collaborate with Regional teams to ensure launch readiness for new diagnostic technologies
  • Develop global awareness and educational initiatives to drive early detection and diagnosis of PAH patients
  • Drive internal communications to keep Commercial teams informed about strategic priorities and launch plans
  • Be accountable for managing project budget

Qualifikationen
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree in business or life sciences is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics experience is required, including local country and/or regional experience.
  • In-line marketing experience is required.
  • Must have a proven track record of exceptional team collaboration.
  • Launch experience and demonstrated ability to work with regional partners is preferred.
  • Rare disease and/or diagnostics experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated global mindset with ability to assimilate complex science quickly is required.
  • A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across-geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, strong persuasiveness and influencing skills.
  • An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and gaining cross-functional alignment is required.

The position will be based in Allschwil, Switzerland and will require approximately 20% international travel.
