The incumbent is responsible for the entire Global Mobility within SIG, maintaining and insisting on defined policies and processes as well as the implementation, adherence and administration thereof. Operational and technical focus is guidance, assistance and support of international (long and short term) assignees and their stakeholders, mainly HR Business Partners, leaders and finance and/or payroll departments within the global SIG organization. Ensures compliance for the global mobility program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General

·Train the HR Community on Global Mobility as well as other C&B matters (i.e. job architecture, levelling)

Global Mobility

·Independent process coordination and handling of international assignments (Short- and Long Term) according to the RACI matrix:

·Advising the business and Local HR on the application of the correct policy

  • pre-assignment support including transfer discussions with HR Business Partners, assignees and superiors
  • set-up of international assignment letters
  • coordination of home/host tax filings and payroll

· Advice and support of local HR in coordination of relocation between assignees, line-management, HR and specific vendors in regard to household goods, home- and school finding, host orientation and cultural awareness training where required

·Advice and coordination of extension or localization

·Advice, coordination and settlement in context of individual labor law, tax, immigration, social security requirements and pension situations

·Establishing of balance sheets (including updates in line with yearly salary increases), cost projections and other calculations required to support the decision, including budgeting and planning

·Coordination and establishing of Intercompany Pricing Agreements in cooperation with Global Tax

·Vendor management of required providers such as for tax filings, cost of living comparisons, health insurance, relocation etc. in close alignment with the procurement department

·Support and advise local HR with regards to the recharging of global mobility costs

·Further development of Global Mobility Program according to new requirements and market trends

Job grading:

  • Initiate, advise, co-ordinate and monitor job descriptions, role profiles, and the job ranking process.
  • Continually review benchmarking of all positions to ensure correct balance between global consistency of grading
  • Support of projects in the area of global C&B

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

Education:

·Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

·Ongoing training on Legal, taxation, social security

Required experience:

·Approx. 3 to 4 years experience in the field of C&B, with a close link to Global Mobility and/or payroll

·Strong knowledge of social security systems, health & accident coerages as well as income taxation

·Concrete understanding of HR policies, incl. balance sheets

·Ideally experience with job architecture, job levelling and grading systems
