Tasks

In this position, you will develop and manage crucial partnerships with key players for Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian and Brussels airlines. You will define strategies, lead negotiations and close contracts with key strategic partners.

Definition of partner strategies incl. commercials & business development
Creation, alignment and negotiation of partner contracts with major online travel agents & metasearch partners (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, Google).
Planning, steering, execution and monitoring of marketing push actions
Contribution to the definition of an overarching partnership strategy
Anticipation of new digital customer services and online travel disruptions
Dimensioning, monitoring, and reporting of budgets and partner performance
Representation of Lufthansa Group and relationship management as major interface to strategic partners on senior management and executive level
Alignment and coordination with internal stakeholders, departments, and agencies

Requirements
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Marketing, Travel or Tourism related subjects or relevant business experience
Knowledge of the online travel environment (esp. metasearchers & OTAs)
2-3 years experience in key account or partnership management and contract negotiations
Experience in managing partners & providers in challenging situations
“Can-do”-attitude, self-motivated and well organized
Very good spoken and written English skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
