This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Job DescriptionHewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) advances the way people live and work. We bring together the brightest minds to create breakthrough technology solutions, helping our customers make their mark on the world.In a typical day in this role the Global PR&CE Program Manager:
  • Implements, manages, and problem-solves issues for entire processes or systems of high complexity.
  • Consults with HR leaders to identify opportunities for new process improvements, and works with HRIT to test process improvements.
  • Contributes to priority projects that impact employees at the regional or global level, and may lead projects of high complexity.
  • Provides input and may conduct updates on HR Operations content and tools and support People Operations Leadership Team (POLT)
  • Leads internal HR outsourcing transitions of high complexity.
  • Provides support for MADO deals and may conduct due diligence.
  • Develops trainings for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts.
  • Contributes to and recommends strategies for global or regional policies, processes, and standards.
  • Is accountable for successful implementation of new processes.

If You Have These Skills, Expertise, Attitude And Education…
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 6-10 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
  • Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred.
  • Advanced process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes, with a specialization in one to two process areas.
  • Advanced general HR knowledge.
  • Advanced communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and consulting.
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Advanced ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications.
  • Advanced project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process.
  • Developed financial and business acumen.
  • Developed leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
  • Business fluency in English language, additional language beneficial
