Role + Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of pricing processes, dashboards and tools for scalable and standardized use across all group entities
  • Develop and manage groupwide projects following the corporate pricing roadma p. D rive value capture from the market, business outcomes by using tools , change management and transformation programs
  • Design training methods and material for pricing; execute trainings and qualifications for pricing- and other relevant roles onsite and remote; moderate workshops
  • Collect relevant internal and external information, summarize and visualize material in preparation of decision making and provide user help on tooling and pricing content for all pricing elements to various stakeholders and customer relationships
  • Analyze data relevant for pricing, visualize results and form recommendations for price managers and other business partners on all hierarchical levels

Qualification + Profile

  • Sales and Marketing experience for technical B2B products with dedicated pricing competence
  • Proven process know-how and change management skills
  • Convincing personality, strength in analytical thinking and strong moderation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to approx. 40%)
