Global Product Manager Recycling

What we expect from you:

  • Execute the strategy and develop the market for our recycling business. Manage/build-up supplier and customer base and achieve sales/margin budget
  • Develop further our product portfolio and the market in the field of recycled plastics
  • Support of key accounts as well as active acquisition of potential new customers
  • Act as a link between sales organization and suppliers
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, monitor, and adapt sales activities to meet the objectives
  • Perform ongoing market research and requirement analyses; adjust the strategy to respond to changing market conditions and customer demand
  • Worldwide visits to customers and suppliers - international travel approx. 20%

Your profile:

  • Commercial or technical degree-level education (preferably in plastics engineering) with several years of international work experience in the petrochemical / polymer sector
  • Solution provider mindset, hands-on mentality as well as structured and independent way of working
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in German and English
