Global Sales Transformation Leader

PURPOSE

The Global Sales Transformation Leader, reporting to the CuEx Global Pharmacy and Doctor channel director, is responsible end-to-end, from strategy definition to in-market implementation of the Sales Transformation for the Pharmacy and Doctor Channels, delivered by a BCH key (blockbuster) program (Data Powered Sales) which represents a pillar of the Customer Centric Sales BCH Fit to Win Strategy. The role will interface with countries to identify the Sales Transformation roadmap, the value generated, the organizational capabilities and the Data & Tech enablement required to then lead the in-market implementation of these, in collaboration with DT&IT and local country steering team.

Your Tasks And Responsabilities
  • Develops the Data Powered Sales (DPS) strategy including countries’ scope, 3Y journey and KPIs tracking with focus on Top 13 countries
  • Manages communication and reports DPS program status and issues
  • Defines the specific DPS plan for the individual countries, identifying the elements to activate, detailing the business requirements of the Data & Tech enablement (DPS Product owner) and the capability programs required.
  • Leverages the local DPS Transformation lead to steer the program locally and ensuring ongoing CDH support.
  • Partners with the DT&IT Product team to implement the agreed strategy and plan to the markets, driving the change management and the adoption of new ways of working
  • Defines and documents (Blueprint) the New DPS Operating Model
  • Creates the capability programs supporting the sales transformation to ensure organizational learning by creating best in class blended learning experiences containing both digital and in person capability programs
  • Links Data Powered Sales roadmaps for implementation markets to division wide planning cycle (Strategic Planning & Budgeting) to ensure organizational focus and resourcing
Who You Are
  • Business/Commercial degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in commercial roles (Sales/Key Account Mgmt/Trade Mkt)
  • In market experience in the Pharmacy Channel in consumer health
  • Knowledge of local operations and typical sales processes in both the Pharmacy and Doctor channels.
  • Preferably experience in project management or consulting
  • Strong leadership (Lead with Purpose), Integrity (Build trust and be inclusive, collaborate and connect) and communication skills, as well as cross cultural management skills to drive the program with clear vision and teamwork across broad set of countries..
  • Customer first mindset (Create value for the customer) and natural passion for “going digital”.
  • Knowledge/experience with typical CRM Data & Tech tools and platforms is a plus (eg: Salesforce).
