CORNFELD supports a leading Technology Group in the search and selection of the Global Supply Chain Manager, Global Key Accounts.

Tasks

You will assess and translate the supply chain needs of the global key accounts of the Group, drive the joint value collaboration with the customer and be in charge of the account management from a supply chain perspective. The key tasks are
  • Communicate key account inventory needs and requirements to supply chain partners
  • Facilitate inventory planning and deployment
  • Actively manage customer in-stock and on-shelf-availability inventory
  • Discuss and resolve product and component shortages with customer
  • Coordinate global NPI launches
  • Work with key accounts and internal teams on continuous process improvement
  • Coordinate regular capacity assessments along the value chain to ensure fulfillment of mid-to long term key account demand plans
  • Form value-added partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations
Requirements

We expect
  • In-depth strategic sourcing and supply chain management leadership with a solid international working knowledge in operations domains
  • demonstrated work experience on product line supply chains and MTO/ETO environments
  • working experience within a global complex organization with excellent organizational skills
  • experience in organizational development, change and transition management
  • experience in the semiconductors industry or similar
  • excellent communicator in German and English
