We are looking for a new Global Supply Network Manager - BU Pigments (M/F/D) with the Global responsibility of the End to End Supply Chain Planning for AZO Pigments. Will be part of the Global Supply Planning team in Muttenz (Switzerland).



Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to and ensure the execution of the global supply chain strategy
  • Design and implement agreed on strategic supply plan in your area of responsibility.
  • Decides in collaboration with Regional SCM to ensure that the Global targets are
  • achieved
  • Ensure communication of final supply plan to master planners and decides/monitor
  • changes.
  • You will support the Commercial Product Manager to prepare the tactical IBP
  • (Integrated Business Planning) and proposing solutions for constraints and participating in the operational IBP, continually reviewing production, purchase, and inventory levels.
  • Managing planning throughout the product life cycle with end-to-end supply chain stakeholders will help ensure the long-term success of the business unit.
  • Manages risk of Supply and contingencies for AZO products.
  • Guarantees and ensure ongoing optimization of supply Planning performance and inventory levels in the balance of the service level.
  • Defines the replenishment strategies in the area of your responsibility.
  • Manages material flow, shortages and overstocks and gives clear directives to the Regional SCM.
  • Interact in a collaborative way with all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in supply chain management or equivalent years of experience
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in supply planning processes.
  • Proficient skills in the planning process and system (e.g. SAP APO)
  • Experience in preparing/ leading the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) “S&OP process”
  • Experience in Building system capabilities and developing planning organizations
  • Fluent in the English language, German knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-based environment
