At a Glance:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate team player to join our disruptive global finance team. You will take ownership of On’s Indirect tax strategy and process optimization, ensure daily compliance, and proactively contribute to the challenges of our fast growing company. Focusing in the area of business expansion and international supply chain management, you will act as a strategic advisor to our teams and educate them on compliance subjects and process automation. Together with the Global Head of Tax, you will shape your team and define how we do global taxes.

Your Mission:
  • Design an effective strategy to monitor indirect tax compliance
  • Streamline processes with external shared service centers and optimize internal controls to mitigate risks
  • Work with tax advisors around the world to enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions and guide local finance teams with your expertise
  • Reconcile On’s rapid growth with a matching compliance culture by establishing hands-on indirect tax policies and guidelines
  • Make use of tax technology to drive automation and gain analytical insights to leverage compliance efficiency and transparency
  • Be a strong functional lead and share your expertise with your team & relevant stakeholders to build On’s compliance culture
Your Story:
  • About 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international auditing firm, a tax consulting firm or a multinational company
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Law, with special focus on taxation
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership in both daily compliance and project related tasks
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes, dig into technical details and translate complex technical issues to non-experts
  • High affinity for processes and IT systems, including the ability to dig deep into the numbers
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
