Our diverse team is looking for a GNSS Engineer to help us on our mission to develop robust and highly accurate navigation solutions for robots and autonomous vehicles. About the role

  • Be part of the R&D team building our high-precision sensor for autonomous vehicles.
  • Take technical responsibility for the RTK (real-time kinematic) GNSS algorithms and implementation, support planning and design decisions in your area of expertise.
  • Collaborate with the entire team of software, sensor fusion, and vision engineers to maintain, improve, optimize, and extend the sensor performance and functionality on an embedded Linux system.
  • Contribute to the internal and customer documentation, testing, verification of the performance, analysis of defects, support tools.

About you

  • MSc or Ph.D. in geomatics engineering, robotics, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in GNSS algorithm development and implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of real-time GNSS positioning (e.g., filters, adjustment theory, statistics) and RTK navigation algorithms (e.g., ambiguity resolution, differential positioning).
  • Hands-on knowledge of software design and development in the C or C++ programming language.
  • Expertly honed engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Bonus points

  • Knowledge of computer vision or sensor fusion.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
  • Other programming languages, such as Python.
  • Knowledge of software testing, test automation, continuous integration.
  • Experience with development environments, revision control systems, build toolchains.
  • Experience with software development processes.
