Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in client sales and management.
  • Experience building relationships and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Sales experience within the Public Sector space.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Italian fluently.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience selling collaboration software such as Google Workspace Solutions or similar.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy, with excellent strategic, analytical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in one or more of the following languages: Norwegian, Dutch, Swedish, French, or Spanish.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

In this role, you’ll craft a compelling story for customers looking to begin their journey with Google Workspace. You will be the subject matter expert on Google Workspace in your region and will partner closely with the Field Sales team on qualifying, pursuing, and establishing Google Workspace customers.

You’ll also work with National, Regional, and Local agencies, big and small, addressing their technical and business use case questions. You’ll be passionate about working with customers, excited to engage with partners, while providing them with seamless support, helping them understand our licensing and deployment models, addressing baseline technical questions, and retaining them as Google customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with wider Google teams on a territory strategy to generate and develop business results and open up opportunities with National, Regional, and Local agencies and customers in the Public Sector for Google Workspace.
  • Meet directly in the field with customers and partners, providing quotes and establishing and processing Google Workspace agreements for opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain technical and conversational proficiency in Google Workspace services (e.g., Voice, Search, Chrome).
  • Develop fluency around the Google Workspace process, including analyzing potential in an area, developing structured plans, and quarterly reviews of key accounts.
  • Involve cross-functional teams to establishing large, complex enterprise opportunities.
