Your field of responsibility
  • We offer an exciting chance to work in the Governance & Projects team in WM COO & BRM Chief of Staff / Business Management
  • You make a real impact by delivering best in class governance support on key COO & BRM meetings, with structured agenda setting, shaping meeting materials, talking points and follow-up actions
  • Own and manage strategic and transformation initiatives with your project management skills and drive critical deliverables to deliver changes and impacts for the bank
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitive analyses to derive conclusions in support of projects or management decisions
  • Provide PMO support across a wide range of transformation initiatives within COO & BRM and WM division to provide regular updates to WM COO
  • Provide general management support to the WM COO and his Chief of Staff, incl. preparing high quality presentations for senior management meetings, ensuring the team is continuously informed and prepared and able to maintain a forward-looking agenda

Your skills and experience
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in a Chief of Staff or strategy and project management functions, ideally with a focus on wealth management industry
  • Ideally consulting experience with internal or external consultancies, with well-developed presentation, story-telling and conceptual skills
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder communications and interactions with senior management
  • A dynamic and efficient person with attention to details and a strong focus on solutions and delivery
  • Self-driven and proactively meet deadline, expectations and challenges
  • Good working knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Quality of work meet high standards and willing to take last-minute schedule changes in stride
