Governance Risk & Compliance Internship

We’re looking for you

• Currently studying for your Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or relevant area
• Skills/ abilities
• Working in an agile way (including remotely) and able to adapt to situations
• Able to work with office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, interest and willingness
• Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset
  

You will join the Risk & Controls team for Consumer, Commercial, Global Communications and Operations global functions. Your aim will be to help us on implementing Governance Risk & Compliance framework across full organization having an impact on First, Second and Third Line of defense of the company. You will be partnering with a broad range of international team members including employees from Latin America, Asia and Europe.

Roles & Objectives

Your role with be to proactively support the establishment and maintenance of a system of internal controls and governance for people, processes and technologies impacted by strategic global projects.

You will be responsible of assisting different workstreams toward the achievement of the deliverables as defined by the Project business case

• Support toward the end to end processes and risks (re) definition for business cycles in scope, elaboration of the updated Chart of Controls and related Appendix
• Active participation to elaborate the Foundation of the Governance Risk & Compliance (‘GRC’) solution to be implemented
• Participation to the Capability building of the Risk & Controls, Enterprise Risk Management and Policy Management module of the GRC solution
