Job content

• You prepare and analyse the consolidated financial statements, as well as the consolidated budget and forecast figures for the BELIMO Group
• You support the controlling team in preparing the external reporting (half year – and annual financial reporting) in according with IFRS. Furthermore, you help solving group-wide accounting issues and support us with the implementation of new IFRS standards
• You describe the main drivers of the business development for the attention of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors
• You support our subsidiaries regarding financial topics
• You enhance the global controlling instruments and foster digitalization within the group to further automate and standardize our processes
  

• Bachelor- or master’s degree in Business Administration with focus in Controlling/Finance
• You have a numerical flair and like to analyze complex financial contents. In addition, you are reliable, and you have problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• You are a person with strong team spirit and proven ability to work in teams. In addition, you are a person with high communication skills and empathy, which ensure an appropriate influence in the organization.
• You can look at situations neutrally from different perspectives and to switch between the different level
• You have a high level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility
• You have very good written and spoken English skills (German is an advantage)
