As a Graduate, Product Management PMO, you will be managing multiple activities for the Product and Commercial Empowerment department, enabling commercial success of SITA FOR AIRCRAFT products and driving effective governance to deliver on business ambition. Your mission will be to support the team in driving cross functional initiatives to optimise product sales performance, raise organisational efficiency in defining and executing on roadmaps. You will also help in building dashboards to track activities and in promoting team activities within the organisation.

What You Will Do

  • Product business cases review
The product business case is a critical tool to measure the product performance, steer its lifecycle activities and make adjustment to deliver on the product strategy. You will be responsible for making sure our product business cases are developed in accordance with internal processes, reviewed on a regular basis and track execution of agreed actions to keep product performance on track. This will include but not limited to
  • Develop and manage the products business case update process.
  • Work closely with the product manager to make sure product business case are regularly refreshed and reflected into the sales enablement tools.
  • Organize Product business case review at management level at agreed recurrence
  • Make sure key decisions derived from the product business case reviews are translated into concrete action plan and executed on.
  • Work closely with finance to make sure financial corporate budget is aligned with product business case assumptions.
  • Product Roadmap Management
In collaboration with the Engineering & Technology PMO, Operations, and finance, monitor execution on product roadmaps and make sure the organization is given its best chance to execute on plans.
  • Build and measure execution KPIs and provide input to the quarterly roadmap reviews.
  • Build and track action plans to secure execution on roadmap.
  • Build best practices and project manage roadmap management process improvement (incl. via automation
  • Use corporate tools incl. Power BI dashboards to measure, report and track the evolution, performance and trend of execution on product roadmaps.
  • Continuous improvement, Team activity Promotion
In collaboration with the other team members, continually improve our internal processes, promote our team activity and engagement model within the organization. This includes
  • Raise our process(es) efficiency by continually identifying and driving improvements, incl. automation opportunities as relevant.
  • Maintain process(es) documentation up to date (e.g. new comer pack).
  • Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain team activity tracker up to date
  • Use corporate tools incl. Power BI dashboards to measure, report and track the evolution, performance and trend of the bid and pricing activity.
  • Project management – adhoc cross functional initiatives
Provide support to the portfolio teams by project managing large cross-functional initiatives required to raise sales performance or cost optimization of the portfolio.

Who you are
  • Fluent in English oral and written;
  • Master’s degree in business or equivalent by September 2022;
  • Must be eligible to work in Switzerland/France without the need of a sponsorship
  • Must have less than 12 months’ post graduate experience, excluding undergraduate placement/ internship experience.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and quality loops is a plus.
  • Experience working in complex, international/multi-cultural and fast-moving environment
  • Experience in Air Transport Industry or IT is a plus
  • Early professional experience in product lifecycle management is a plus
