In this role you will ensure effective and efficient Reporting to La Prairie and Beiersdorf Board of Directors.

Main Accountabilities

  • Sales Reporting: Daily Sales Report to LP Board of Directors, Monthly Sales Report to LP Board of Directors, Monthly Net Sales Estimate Report to LP Board of Directors, Annual Net Sales Target Setting by profit centre, Sales Reporting to BDF (MSR, MSE, MSO, FC, Plan, Target), Wholesales Report to LP Board of Directors
  • Analysis of global P&L development by profit centre at period-end closings and forecast / plan submission
  • Support and coordination of global financial planning / target setting process
  • Preparation of presentations / business updates e.g. to LP Board of Directors / BDF
  • Ad-hoc analysis of sales and cost development
  • Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across the Group
  • Key user for QlikView applications “Marketing & Sales” and “SOI”
  • Documentation for above mentioned and other key reporting processes
  • Administration of Group Controlling SharePoint and Teams

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Degree in business administration and around 5-7 years work experience in controlling
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong analytical skills, organized, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • International mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Power Point
  • Good knowledge of SAP / Business Intelligence solutions
