As a Group Leader Vitamins & Phytonutrients, you will run a team dedicated to the analytical development of methods to characterize and quantify the vitamin and phytonutrient contents of food ingredients, finished products and biological fluids.

A Day in the Life of a Group Leader Vitamins and Phytonutrients
  • Provide long term strategy for the development of innovative analytical methods and their application to the detection and quantification of vitamins and phytonutrients
  • Lead the implementation of new methodologies and deployment, within Analytical Science Dept and/or Nestlé Research and/or Nestlé Quality Assurance Center organization, via projects/collaboration across businesses and functions
  • Lead successfully a pluri-disciplinary team, develop individual talents and encourage growth, at individual level, within the group and beyond
  • Lead experts for analytical method deployment, advocacy and management
  • Communicate impactfully and effectively the leadership vision and results, internally and externally

What Will Make You Successful
  • Strong analytical science background with expertise in LC-UV and MS instrumentation, method development and validation
  • Knowledge in the field of vitamins and phytochemicals or plant derived compounds
  • Leadership skills, creative and passionate mindset
  • Disciplined and well organized
  • Capable of autonomy under pressure to deliver and deal with all levels of hierarchy
