CONTEXT

Group technology, being at the heart of the digitalization and modernization of Richemont is now embracing a new journey with an internal transformation to be more agile and deliver faster to better serve our clients. Group technology is also consolidating the ways of mastering its execution by reinforcing the Group technology portfolio team. This team reports to the CIO Office Director and is in charge of piloting and monitoring the roadmap execution and its associated budget, working permanently with the financial controllers.

Then, if you would like to join this dynamic team, we are looking for an intern member in our Group Technology portfolio team based in Meyrin from February 2023 for 6 months.

Your responsibilities
Portfolio tool Solution Owner:
    • Act as Solution Owner to stabilize the recently implemented features in Triskell, Group Technology portfolio tool:
      • createtraining materials
      • manage the workshops/training with the stakeholders, create the community of Triskell users
      • perform tests
      • prepare the necessary reporting (PSRs, Roadmap’s view, Budgets per fiscal year views etc).
      • report and manage issues with the vendor

    • With the Technology Portfolio Manager and the Demand Management Coordinator, define and implement the new processes required to update Triskell, adapt roles and responsibilities in the solution to the PMO processes
    • Act as point of contact to coordinate Triskell implementations in other departments, in line with Group Technology Triskell instance
    • Continuously gather and prioritize functional requirements, drive implementation
    • Ensure solution compliance with Group Security rules and standards and legal/regulatory requirements
    • Manage vendor relationships and monitor associated budget

Demand and portfolio processes support

    • Support and help the team to permanently review and enhance the demand management process based on the lessons learnt plus enhance the Portfolio Reviews monthly meetings.
    • Support in general the rest of the team in their daily activities
    • Animate the Office CoPto foster shared best practices to ensure common portfolio execution and reporting across the teams

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Student in a Business / Engineer school or University Master’s degree, business degree or equivalent looking for a gap ½ year or internship for 6 months
  • Strong appetite for new technologies and Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent
  • Clear and logical thinker with the outstanding numeric ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactivity, dynamism, autonomy and strength of the proposal
