Your field of responsibility


Join us as a senior manager in the Group Treasury Asset Liability Strategy & Governance function. In this key and high-profile role, you will support Credit Suisse in optimizing its financial resource management ensuring an effective and efficient strategy execution. You will provide thought-leadership and dedicated coverage across Treasury topics, including Capital, Liquidity & Funding and Treasury Markets. You will drive the agenda of the Group Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), a Group executive board subcommittee, and compile decision materials and in-depth analysis ensuring a holistic and impactful coverage of Treasury topics. This includes the design and implementation of a best-in-class financial resource management framework that not only complies with internal and regulatory expectations but optimizes the employment of financial resources across divisions, regions and legal entities increasing overall profitability. In addition, you will represent Group Treasury in functional, divisional & regional ALCO subcommittees and enhance and streamline Treasury governance. Furthermore, proactively driving ad-hoc analysis on varying special topics will be part of your role.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for:

  • University degree in economics, banking & finance, mathematics, engineering, or any related field Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, ACT, CIIA) is desirable
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant corporate finance working experience in international banking, financial services industry, or top-tier management consulting environment (including Treasury, Funding & Capital Markets) with solid understanding of balance sheet management activities Positive, self-driven and open-minded fast learner with the talent to turn analysis into impactful recommendations
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with experience in working on multiple projects with a high attention to detail and ability to communicate intricate matters in a simple and effective manner
  • Dedicated hardworking problem solver with the ability to work independently as well as in a global team
  • Ability to closely collaborate with front office and corporate functions across all levels of seniority
  • Strong MS-Office skills including Power Point, Excel (VBA), SQL and Power Query
