JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity exists for a world class Project Coordinator to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to assist in project managing the Product Team and their development of Explora’s guest experience.

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group`s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supports the Product Team;
  • Manages Product Team documents, presentations and project timelines;
  • Owns the preparation and dissemination of all Meeting Notes;
  • Manages the filing repository of all projects related documentation and keeps it up to date;
  • Prepares all PowerPoint presentations;
  • Coordinates with Business Intelligence, integration and IT as well as other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Previous experience: at least couple of internships in a similar role in a multinational environment;
  • Proficient with Office Suite, Project Management software;
  • Great team player, flexible and customer oriented with high level of time management and attention to detail.
